We want you to be happy with your purchase from POSPaper.com. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below so we can process your return as smoothly as possible.

To qualify for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

All returns must be approved in advance and include a Return Merchandise Authorization number, also known as an RMA #, from POSPaper.com. Returns must be requested and sent back within 30 days of purchase.

Printers and certain other items are not returnable unless POSPaper.com shipped the incorrect product. If we accidentally send the wrong printer or item, we’ll be happy to help correct the issue. The item must be returned in its original manufacturer’s box with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.

To help protect the original packaging, printers and other boxed items must be placed inside an additional shipping box. Please do not place shipping labels directly on the original product box.

All returns must be shipped back to POSPaper.com using prepaid freight and should include a copy of the original invoice.

Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, complete, and in resalable condition.

If returned merchandise is tested and found to be functional and without defect, a 10% processing fee may be applied.

Original shipping costs are not reimbursable.

Partially used merchandise cannot be accepted for return.

Please report any defects, damages, or shortages within 15 days of receiving your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Thank you for your understanding. Our goal is to make every order right and help you get the products you need with as little hassle as possible.
