As of April 1st, 2008 CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) requires that all non-electronic prescriptions use tamper resistant paper. Our prescription (tamper resistant) thermal paper rolls meet and/or exceed the April 1st 2008 requirement and are also compliant with the October 1st, 2008 prerequisites issued by CMS.
