Use of Personal Information
Personally Identifying information used for order processing (address, name, payment information, etc.) is stored by
POSPaper and used for order processing only. We do not share this information with any third party that is not
specifically mentioned in this section. POSPaper does not link your personal information with aggregate info
(non-personally identifying information used to track and improve site performance).
Cookies:
We only permit Yahoo! Store cookies to be served on our website to facilitate the ordering process. A cookie is a piece of
data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. There is both session ID and persistent cookies.
For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text
file stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following
Internet browser help file directions. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to
this is that the user may not be able to finish the checkout process. These cookies in some instances are linked to
personal information as needed by Yahoo! Store to process your order.
This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo!
automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed

Use of Aggregate Information
Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate.
Log Files:
Like most standard Web site servers POSPaper uses log files. This includes referring/exit pages, page views, and keywords
to analyze trends and administer the site. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Protected Ordering Information
All online transactions at Yahoo! Stores are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted
(scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the
merchant.
If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably
don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site. According to CNN,
"The prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional
"low-tech" transactions."
We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something
online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at the time orders are placed for all orders inside the US.
Warranty
All equipment comes with a 30 day money back and 1 year manufacturer warranty. There will be no returns on ANY merchandise
after 30 days, only repairs or exchanges.
Return Policy
To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met: 1. For all returns for credit, POSpaper.com must receive
all merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of original invoice will
be treated as a return for repair or exchange and no credit will be issued. 2. All packages must be sent to POSpaper.com
double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice. 3. All merchandise must be received in its original
packaging in re-saleable condition and include all parts, accessories and/or manuals. 4. Merchandise returned which is
tested functional and without defect will be subject to a processing fee of up-to 15% of the product price. 5. Shipping
costs will not be reimbursed.
