The TM-U375 point-of-sale printer features a 1.5 station dot matrix printer capable of printing three ways: 40 column receipt-journal printing using two-ply paper 15 lines check-charge validation and unlimited lines of slip printing. Additionally the small footprint high speed TM-U375 prints one original and two copies for added convenience.
The TM-U375 makes the most efficient use of limited space, and with a clamshell mechanism that simplifies roll paper replacement and a moveable platen that facilitates slip insertion, this printer also boasts excellent paper handling.
Handles many types of media EPSON’S high-quality multifunction printer can be used for a variety of applications. The TM-U375 prints receipts, slips, journals, and can also perform validation printing. Printing up to 58 lines on slip paper and 16 lines of validation printing, this printer handles the needs of almost any environment.
User friendly design and use
The moveable platen, paper loading lever switch and clamshell mechanism makes slip insertion, roll paper loading and routine maintenance quick and easy. The TM-U375 also includes a port to attach an optional EPSON pole display. Add to this an ASB (Automatic Status Back) function to keep operators constantly informed of printer status.
Small footprint
With a height of just 145 mm {5.7"} and a footprint of only 186 × 327 mm (W × D) {7.3 × 12.9"}, the TM-U375 is one of the smallest 1.5 station printers available, allowing you to use your limited counter space to its maximum efficiency.
Compatibility
The TM-U375 conforms to EPSON's ESC/POS. command system. Moreover, high expand- ability and easy upgradability ensure efficient use of current software assets. Also, using the EPSON OCX driver for OLE POS (OPOS) will allow you to reduce time and money spent on developing POS application software.

Oversized/Heavy Items: Some of our larger, bulky and heavier items are delivered via Oversized Delivery or Standard Truck Delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply based on the weight/size of the item. These charges are applied in addition to standard shipping and handling charges for each item.
Extremely heavy orders or items that cannot ship via UPS Ground due to their weight and/or size ship via LTL shipping. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery based on the availability of the carriers.
If an order will be delivered via LTL freight line, we may contact you to arrange a window of time for delivery. Orders shipped via LTL freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside unless otherwise specified by customer (example: additional charges may be required for inside delivery). Our shipping LTL fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries.
Hazardous and Other Items: Glassware and Hazmat items may also incur delivery surcharges because of the additional handling and processing time to ship these items. Due to federal and state shipping regulations, some items cannot be shipped via plane. These items can only be shipped using the UPS Standard Ground delivery service.
To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met:
1. All returns for credit must have a RMA # from POSPaper.com to send merchandise back within 30 days of purchase. Printers cannot be returned unless POSPaper.com ordered the incorrect product. If an incorrect printer was shipped the following process for return must be followed: Printer must be returned in their original printer box with all parts, accessories, and manuals. The Printer must be returned within another box, so the original Printer box doesn't have a shipping label on the outside.
2. All packages must be sent to POSPaper.com double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice.
3. All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in re-saleable condition and include all parts, accessories and/or manuals.
4. Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect will be subject to a minimum processing fee of 15% of the product price.
5. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
6. No partially used merchandise will be accepted back at POSPaper.com.
