A: One of our customer service professionals will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order. We will send you a list of items that we will need to process your order (artwork guide, color selection sheet, roll printing direction chart, etc.).

Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Your first order will ship within 3 - 4 weeks after receiving approved artwork.

Q: How much does POSPaper.com charge for set up fees (printing plates, artwork approval, etc.)?
A: $0!! Stay away from those high set up cost, we even offer free printing plates! Prices include standard short run program ink colors and all set up charges. Special ink colors are available for orders of 10 cartons or more but will require $30.00 additional fee for set up and ink cost.

Q: Can POSPaper.com print a customized box label for each case of paper?
A: Yes, we can customize the box label to meet you or your customers requirements.

Q: Does POSPaper.com sell to resellers?
